Terms of Service

These terms govern orders placed with Zenith Elite Designs ("we," "us," "our") for custom player graphics, team banners, Cooperstown banners, trading cards, display cards, and related design services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Custom Orders

Every design is custom-built from the photos, names, numbers, and details you provide. Please double-check spelling and details before submitting — we build exactly what you send us. We're happy to make reasonable revisions before a design is finalized.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates and can vary based on package and current order volume. We'll give you a current estimate when you order. Rush requests may be accommodated where possible — just ask.

Payment

Payment is due as arranged at the time of ordering. Production begins once payment and all required design details (photos, names, numbers) have been received.

Digital Files & Printed Products

Some packages (player graphics, team banners, Cooperstown banners) are delivered as high-resolution digital files. Others (trading cards, display cards) are printed and shipped. Digital files are for your personal, non-commercial use — printing at home, sharing with family, posting on personal social media, or using at team events. They may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Shipping

Printed products are shipped to the address you provide. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has shipped, or for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Revisions & Approval

We'll share a proof before finalizing printed products when possible. Please review it carefully — once you approve a design for printing, changes after that point may incur an additional fee.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because every order is custom-made, we're unable to offer refunds once design work has begun. If you need to cancel before we've started, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Our Work & Portfolio

We may feature completed designs in our portfolio, website, or social media to showcase our work, unless you request otherwise when ordering.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to get every detail right, but Zenith Elite Designs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the cost of the order itself.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
